The Second Edition of David Allan’s Book About Guelph: Its Early Days and Later is now available for purchase!
Log Cabin Press proudly did all of the layout and design as a volunteer for the Guelph Historical Society. This important work, depicting early Guelph in both text and richly coloured illustrations, was written by a descendant of one of Guelph’s earliest pioneer families — the Allan family owned and operated Allan’s Mill — David Allan in 1939.
The book is now available for sale at the Guelph Civic Museum, the Bookshelf in downtown Guelph and from the Guelph Historical Society.
